"I thought I was choosing the right company, salesman left and actual quote on a 2 part work order that was really professional. It was the main reason I chose them. They came to do the driveway, everything seemed fine. The driveway was going in and I see one of the workers walk out of my garage with my 4’ level and THROW it down on the ground with their stuff. Asked the salesman what the deal was and he made excuses about having to keep an eye on these guys and got the level back. They finished up and left. Left their trash, some old asphalt, some new asphalt and had sprayed oil on their tools in the yard leaving stains of oil. Next day it rained and there was a massive puddle flooding the driveway and the driveway pitches back to the garage in one spot. I contacted them and the salesman said they would take care of it. Fast forward 3 months and some no call no shows and they still haven’t done it. Owner wants to rip out my lawn and add stone rather than fix their mistakes. There is now weeds pushing up through the driveway, high and low spots as well as the massive puddle. At this point I’m not holding my breath they will fix it. I hate to leave terrible reviews but hopefully I can save someone else a lot of money and aggravation.They don’t stand behind their work. It’s not a large driveway but they rushed through it to get to a second driveway the same day. Update. They finally came out to fix it, they wanted to put stone down or removed a significant amount of of material from my yard for run off. It would have ended up being 8-10” of soil over a 20’ area. They stood there and argued with me for over an hour in the street trying to browbeat me into doing what they wanted to do which was the “easy” way. They ended up repaving the end up the driveway bringing it up where it belonged. Next time it rained the belly is still there. After repairing it, it’s still not right. I’m done dealing with them.
