"Have been in there a few times since it’s right around the corner from my house. Went in this Saturday. Wasn’t greeted. 3 people playing on their phones and talking to each. One guys concern was the lunch his mother brought in for him, as he put it in back and then came out eating chips. I think I’ll stick to Lowe’s or Rocky’s Ace, good service there."

"Normally I would give 5 stars. The staff is helpful and I get everything I need without any fuss. Salks is my go to place for hardware. On a previous visit a Salks employee acknowledged that they had received a defective batch of leaf bags and said that I could return mine on my next visit. Today I returned to exchange the defective leaf bags. The cashier needed to call the manager who, when approaching the register, did not acknowledge my presence nor was there any eye contact. She began to work up a refund and told me that they wouldnt accept partial sets. I said I just wanted to exchange them for good ones. The manager snapped and said that "she didn't like my attitude". I'm not sure what she meant but her rudness and lack of professionalism took me aback. This is an excellent a training opportunity for this individual (I'm looking at you Nicky!)."
