"Overpriced and poor quality work. I was charged $140 for shoulder length--medium goddess box braids, which the lady did not do well. This particular style, especially for the length and size should've been priced $100. I politely tried to tell as well as show the lady how I wanted my hair styled, she was not very receptive to my suggestions. She gave me an attitude and began to speak French to her co-worker, and little did they know that I actually understood every word! This was my third time giving this place a chance. What a waste of my hard earned money. This will be my last time going to this hair salon. Highly disappointing and poor customer service."

"I decided to get my hair braided and this braiding salon was close in proximity to where I live, so I called and made a same day appointment. Firstly, the salon is very clean and it felt good to be getting serviced in a place so spotless. The decor is another plus, and it made everything else much more relaxing. Secondly, the ladies in the salon were very nice, especially the owner. She has a very angelic nature to her from my first impression. Thirdly, service was really fast, I was in and out of my chair. Prices are reasonable, and they offered a free touch up after a month. I was very content with the end result today, and I will go back."
