"The RUDEST staff! I asked Christina M for a bag for 3 large shampoo/conditioner bottles and she told me they don’t give out bags with such attitude as if I asked her to give me a ride home or something. I asked if I could buy one (I was holding a 1 year old in one hand and my 3 year old standing beside me) and she said “I’m 15 minutes late to meet a client I don’t have time for this.” I told her that’s not my problem I just asked for a bag and if I could buy one. Then she stormed off to get her manager. I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me. The manager also RUDE never apologized or offered a bag. I hope corporate reads this. EVERY time I go into that store these ladies are unpacking boxes and act as if customers are disrupting them. NEWS FLASH you work in a store and have PAYING CUSTOMERS. If you don’t like it- get a new job! Shame on these 2 unprofessional women. Yuck."

"It was 5:55 closes at 6 great I needed ONE thing the Olpex $60 shampoo for the back bar. The girl locked the door AFTER letting me in. I said I just need shampoo. She said. No I'm closing the register after the girl at the counter is through. She then unlocked the door & waited for me to leave!!!!! I wanted to say .. Well... you can imagine what I wanted to say. 1. Its 5:58 why did you let me in if you wouldn't serve me. 2. Obviously your not a hairstylist. I thought to myself. She's to rude to work with the public. I wanted to ask for the manager..but I just let it go .. I told a few people..Ready for this....SHE'S THE OWNER!!! She's like this all the time!! HORRIBLE hard to believe I WILL NEVER step foot in there again!"
