"Went it 20 minutes before closing, did not appreciate the way I was spoke to. Did not appreciate the security guard following me around the store, when they are usually stationed at the main door. I really enjoy this store, but wow horrible treatment, I know not everyone likes when folks come in 20 minutes before closing but the truth is you are still open. Accept it."

"Apparently, when you do a curbside pick up, they need every firm of confirmation. I tried picking up an order for my mother. We have the same last name. I showed her her license, my license. Everything. And it still wasn't good enough for them to give us our order. They said call customer service No Ulta has ever done this to me before. I will never be returning to this one. And the lady behind me, they wouldn't give her order either."

"I recently had my makeup done with lashes by Kate & a blow out by Holly. They are amazing! Kate listened to my preferences & was thoughtful to check in the whole time. I absolutely loved the look she created & the products she chose (it felt like I wasn’t wearing anything but it stayed on all day & night and showed up great in photos!). She’s so talented & I will definitely be back! Holly did an amazing job blowing out my thick curly hair! I loved watching her technique & how she worked with my postpartum hair for more volume. The products she used kept my hair smooth even through a rainy day. My hair still looks amazing 2 days later! PS my lashes & blowout were still intact the next day :)"

"Don't get me wrong the store is always clean and organized pretty well, and I can usually always find what I'm looking for or the online pickup is wicked fast. But damn the employees at this store are a coin flip every time! I'm used to getting ignored at most makeup/beauty shops cuz I don't always wear makeup but the only person who greeted me was a security guard who stared me down as I explored the front end for a bit. I was waiting around for an attendant to maybe help me but no one ever came and I was never asked "Can I help you with anything" or "Find what you're looking for". When I got to the front to check out it went fine but online pickup was odd. I showed her my id, she gave me the bag and in a snappy tone said "Yes everythings there I would know I packed it". I was never doubting it would be??? Everyone has off days but it seems like this whole entire stores staff has off days. I hope the management isn't burning them out."
