"I've completed a few sessions at Bagardi Laser Center and so far I am very happy with the service and results. Raya has been my main contact person and technician. She is very professional and has a great bedside manner that puts you ease instantly. My initial contact was via email and I've found that this is the easiest way to communicate. They are very responsive to email and send out reminders for upcoming appointments, which I find helpful. The treatment area at Bagardi is clean and pleasant. The lasers they use have a cooling system, which helps decrease the amount of discomfort. I have a reasonable pain threshold and have not found the laser to be too uncomfortable. Waxing (especially of the bikini area) is much more painful in my opinion. I'm in the middle of a treatment package, but so far I have seen good results and a dramatic decrease in hair density. I hope to see more as I complete another session."
