"On a cold Sunday night my mother has found herself locked out of the house, while we were on a trip to Canada. The prospects looked sort of gloomy for some time, until our Westwood firefighters came to rescue on a short notice. Our sincere thanks go to these amazing guys!"
"I can not speak high enough of my experience with the Westwood Firefighters. In this time of crisis they quickly responded to an alarm at my place of residence and were PROFESSIONAL and courteous. They were under control and had all residents feel SAFE. Thank you!"
"Lazy and incompetent. The Keystone cops of firefighters."
"You have someone on your staff who is a firefighter/paramedic, who’s social media activity is not someone that deserves to be a firefighter/paramedic. His constant name calling and talking down to people and cussing people out. What upsets me is that he is in full uniform, I am a firefighter/paramedic myself and I have other friends that are firefighters and paramedics and several of these friends range from chief oh departments as well as battalion chiefs and to be personally call them out with nasty names is uncalled for and makes your Department look bad in my eyes as well as other chiefs of departments around the country. I don’t know if your department has a social media policy within your department this firefighter/paramedic goes by the name of Craig Templeton. Thank you George Fannon"
"Great crew and very nice fleet"
