"My girlfriend had a very bad experience at PK Walsh. She had bought a wig from them a while back and then went to have it serviced as she felt like it wasn't tight enough on her head. It all went downhill from there. She came back in tears as 2 hours and $175 later she said the wig didn't fit her head at all and she couldn't wear it. I have never seen her so upset. She made another appointment to have it fixed and she had to wait 2 weeks for it. When she got there the manager John told her that she made a mistake and was not on the books. He was being a bully and would not take any responsibility and basically made her feel that it's her problem. She left in tears again and is now looking for another place as she is never going back to PK Walsh again. I urge anyone looking for a wig place to NOT go to this place as they are terrible at servicing their clients."

"This place is terrible and I don't know how they stay in business. I paid thousands of dollars for two wigs and once you buy them you're on your own. They don't know how to service them, they don't know how to make them fit on your head, they can't match the color of your own hair and they have no respect for your time. They are open only 4 days a week and don't have enough staff to service their clientele. You make an appointment and they forget to put it in their calendar and when you show up they tell you that they are full and you made the mistake. Absolutely don't go to this place, don't waste your money as you will be sorry. I know that I am and I am looking for a better place to service my needs."

"So my daughter has hair loss, pretty significant so we started getting her wigs last year and it really made a difference. We just saw Nikki yesterday at PK Walsh in Norwood and I cannot express the difference she made to our world! She may very well be the most knowledgeable professional there is! She’s incredibly nice, didn’t mind answering our slew of questions. And had all the answers! She took time with my daughter and gave her lots of tips and some product she was out of. She even told us about other programs we didn’t know about to help my daughter. We left and my daughter said to me she was so happy we came there and that she loves Nikki! Nikki offered to put my daughter in touch with other girls who are dealing with the same struggles as my daughter. She’s very excited to make friends who understand her struggles and that she can be herself around. She’s really looking up even more about her future now after seeing Nikki! Nikki told us she will help in any way she can and that extends beyond just helping with her hair. Going to see Nikki yesterday might very well be the best decision I’ve made for my daughter! When my baby is happy and comfortable and feels good, I feel good! So huge huge huge thank you to Nikki for changing our world yesterday! We’re so excited for what’s to come! Nikki is so relatable and knows everything there is to know about hair loss and the options to move beyond it and not let it define you! And she knows how to not let it hold you back in the least bit! Just a Godsend! We can’t thank her enough! I will definitely post pics after my baby gets her new hairpiece. If you are looking for the best, Nikki is it!"

"I had an appointment today with Nikki, everyone at PK Walsh is amazing! Being 30 years old with cancer losing my hair is the hardest part. John answered all of my phone calls and questions and reassured me to call if I have any more questions or concerns. He was so flexible and accommodating with information and scheduling! Wendy at the front desk was so sweet and prepared me with all the information I needed to help submit to insurance. Nikki was fantastic! She educated me on wigs and made me feel heard. She and her staff treated me like family! I’m so looking forward to working with you all more!"

"After many years of battling hair loss I decided to get a consultation at PK Walsh. I had my first appointment with Nikki and she was wonderful! She was so kind and really made me feel comfortable. She helped me select a hairpiece and color that really suited me. Then I met Rachel who cut and styled my hairpiece perfectly. I have gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful and natural my hair looks. If I had known how easy it would be to have beautiful natural looking hair again, I would have done this years ago!!"
