"If I could give a -10 I would. Worst wax experience thus far. It was my first time here and read the reviews. I don’t know how this location has good reviews for Brazilian wax. Quyen was the lady we had the first time she did terrible so me and my sister requested another person the second time and she was still the person we got. She was sloppy to the point I can still feel the wax on my skin and continued to use the buildup wax over and over with the same stick; anyone that knows anything about Brazilian wax knows you’re supposed to only use hard wax and use a new stick in each application. Never going back which is unfortunate because I paid for three sessions."
