"Waltham is a very nice city close to Boston. As it has grown it has picked up some of the troubles expected of all cities: higher crime, way more traffic and higher prices for housing. However overall, with the help of several very good mayors, it has generally stayed above the fray and proven to be a good place to live and raise a family."
"I've been there a few times. Look, if you're expecting some luxurious, state-of-the-art train station, you're in the wrong place. It's a basic station, alright? You got your ticket machines that sometimes work, platforms, and sheltered areas. Don't even get me started on the shelter, though. Last time it rained, I swear the water was coming in from the sides, and I was like, "Seriously?""
"Well maintained well connected still close to nature."
"Waltham Commuter rail has to be one of the the most confusing places. There are 3 stops. One on one side of Moody Street and 2 on the other. The signage says that outbound which I was taking is other side from Common. I went to ot and watched the outbound train blow right by me. Chased to the 3rd stop and barely made it. What a dumb setup!"
"It’s a nice train station; name is a bit misleading, but I’m hoping to have that edited to be more transparent. This is the inbound commuter rail station; to board an outbound train, you need to go across Moody St and you will be able to board there."
