"Terrible experience this far with this company. They have been doing work on the road that we live on in Gloucester. The first bad experience was a couple of weeks ago. The temporary water coming to my house was only hot and unknowingly after running the house to fill a kiddie pool, my son stepped into water well over 110 degrees. Yes, I temped it and have videos. I called to discuss the matter and never heard back. I was told when the dpw came out that the contractors didn’t complete their jobs over the weekend to ensure something like this didn’t happen and that it shouldn’t have slipped by but it did. Still no response and fast forward to tonight, to me coming home, and seeing a full fledged car wash monsoon in front of my drive way. I now have a flood going on in front of my house, the street, and I feel for my neighbor whose yard will be flooded if it keeps going. We have called several times and so has the Gloucester police station and still receive no answer! This company is incompetent in my eyes, unreliable, and terrible with the general public. I am not one to review anything but something needs to said and attention needs to be brought to these matters because from the other reviews that I read, this isn’t their first incident!"
