"I honestly Can not say enough great things about Anna and her salon. I was so bummed when she had left the other salon but was SO excited to see she opened up her own place in Waltham. She’s patient, kind and realistic with your expectation. I had jumped around other professionals but was never genuinely happy with my hair. I have dark hair and like to get lighter/cooler without it looking too brassy. It’s always a struggle, which I understand. But, ANNA NEVER DISAPPOINTS. "My experience at platinum studio with the owner Anna was amazing. I really appreciated how comfortable she made me feel there, she greeted me and hung my coat for me and even offered me beverages. Upon meeting her she made me extremely confident she was going to do a great job. We talked about exactly where the color would reach on my head, the best color for my hair compared to my skin tone, and she even guided me through the length of my bangs based on my facial structure. She wasn’t there to sell me on anything or do anything different from exactly what I wanted and made the effort to listen to what I wanted and make it even better with all of her knowledge. I came in with dark brown hair and a extremely grown out balayage and in one session she was able to bring all of my color up AND achieve a beautiful blonde.
