He knew exactly what I wanted even when I had trouble verbalizing it, and overall was a genuine, kind, talented, and funny person! The rest of the staff were so friendly and welcoming too. I can’t say enough about this place and I will be going back for all my cuts! Best haircut I’ve had in years!"

"Despite the pouring rain, inside Pinnacle was bright and cheery. Not only was my stylist a sweetheart but the entire staff was friendly and made contact with me at some point (usually the other stylists do their very best to ignore everyone else!). Add that to the reasonable prices and incredible talent, and I'm thrilled to have found my new salon after recently moving and dreading that first new cut.
