Provost Companies proved this from the first phone call. Our job wasn’t the biggest in the PCI portfolio, but it was the biggest hired-out home improvement for us. Each step from start to finish, we interacted with professionals who were engaged in our project and delivered on all aspects. Dana, the project manager was in touch with us regularly. We absolutely loved having Victor and Ryan at the house…so professional, courteous and interested in their craft. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the job site and even a visiting friend and OSHA inspector from another state commented on the safety and cleanliness. Provost Companies replaced 8 windows (including one new bump-out), replaced siding (in a contrasting color) and had a new roof installed. Being able to coordinate with one project manager for the entire job made it easier for us to go about our regular day-to-day activities with no scheduling hassles or delays. We love our home and have received so many compliments from our friends, family and neighbors. Even the dog walkers have stopped to chat and admire the transformation of our cape-style home."

"We can not say enough good things about the work William and his team (in our case project manager Dan). They were professional, organized, always on time, and did meticulous work on 2 bathrooms that were remodeled. They were extremely communicative, and upfront about all the work on the job and throughout the entire project. The oversight Dan provided of all PCI subcontractors gave us peace of mind on the work being done, and they too were professional and did great work. "Summary: Bill Provost and his team (in our case, project lead Matt Wilson) have been the best contractors with whom we have ever collaborated. Bill and his entire team are thorough, professional, communicative, honest, and trustworthy. Their goal is your goal; and quality and longevity of their work is always at the forefront of their mind. Bill and his team transformed the yard into a playground paradise for our kids, while still implementing features that allow adults to kick back and relax. Bill and his team installed a multi-tiered level yard, patio, hillside slide, obstacle course on the bottom part of the yard, and constructed a new deck. They landscaped and sourced all the plantings and beds. *Thorough - Provost Companies was one of 4 companies from which we received a bid. We worked with a separate landscape architect who has over 20 years of experience and the architect commented it was the most thorough, detailed bid he had ever seen. Bill listened to our goals during the first meeting and built a scope that met our needs. He followed up after the estimate to see if we had questions. *Professional - Provost Companies has a culture that is clearly led by Bill, who founded the company. Everyone who came to work here was polite, respectful, knowledgeable about the project, and friendly. The crew cares about the work. Crew would follow up on work they had completely previously to make sure we were pleased. *Communicative - Bill set up weekly 1:1 calls with us to check in on the project. As necessary, these were in person. This allowed us to discuss project activities or adjustments proactively. We always felt 'in the know.' *Honest - This came up particularly when it came to construction of a new deck. The prior deck could have remained, but Bill provided us a 'pro' 'con' list objectively to guide our decision. We ultimately chose to have Bill's team build a new deck. We are thrilled with this decision. The deck construction was completed incredibly well and Bill scoped the deck materials to ensure we could later 'screen it in' if we so choose. *Trustworthy - We knew the project was being completed with fidelity and a high sense of craftsmanship. "Provost Companies is fantastic to work with! William and his team remodeled the entire first floor of my older home. Transforming a layout with several small rooms into a modern open concept with an up-to-date kitchen. It was a large undertaking that included removing a chimney, creating support beams, relocating a staircase, and installing hardwood flooring.
