Says they can’t find people to work (maybe pay them better??). Meanwhile 6 people sitting in the office on their phones. Downs and Reader was great back in the day. Have to find the other half of that business split. Rugby’s will not make it with that customer attitude. C ya"

Everyone...while you may not be able to look through their racks, you can place an order and have it ready for you to pick up in a day or 2 depending on what you order. You CAN go inside the office and the friendly staff will assist you in whatever you may need. It is the same great stock as always!"

"If you’re buying hardwoods and care to pick what you’re buying, take your business elsewhere. Under the new management, the selection of species is a small fraction of what it was, I have not been permitted to select what I bought, the match between what I requested and what was picked was disappointing and the process took several days. I won’t go back."

"Great selection of hardwoods. I was able to get 6/4 white oak which I was unable to find elsewhere. With the pandemic they are not allowing customers to pick the woods, but I provided my requirements and they turned around the request in a couple days with some milling and and had it ready for pickup"
