"We hired Mike and cabot contracting to put an addition on and to renovate our home in 2014. At the time we were very happy with him and his work. However, his work did not hold up over time. In just a few short seasons the fiber cement siding that was installed as part of our renovation started cracking and falling off our house. Multiple attempts were made to connect with him and try to work on the problem with him. However after years of getting the run around, nothing getting fixed, and the problem continuing to deteriorate we reached out to other contractors to repair our house. It was at this time I learned how negligent Mike and his team were in the installation of this product. It was a professional product that required professional installation and adherence to strick instillation guidelines. They did not follow any of the guidelines or instructions in installation and left us with a $20,000 repair job. I do not recommend using them."
