"Justin's crew showed up as expected, and did just what we wanted, building a cedar under the stairs closet area. They came back until the job was done, and the quote he gave us what what we were charged. What else could one possibly want from a contractor? They are returning to install outside stair railings."

Being in property management, it is important to me to have a contractor that I can rely on to be professional, skilled, timely, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. JMA Construction has definitely been that company! I turn them for all my projects at work and at home. They have beautifully remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms at my home among many other projects such as windows and doors (and hopefully a new deck in the near future). "These guys do amazing work, they really know what they're doing and will do a great job and make sure you're satisfied. They're personable and professional. That's why they get two stars instead of one. If you try to get them in be prepared to make getting an appointment or any follow up with them your full time job. You will have to call a dozen times to even get ahold of anyone. Your voicemails and texts and emails will remain unreturned for weeks at a time, you will be told someone is on vacation weekly, and that you will be contacted, without ever actually being contacted of course. You can believe me or not, maybe they just didn't like me, I don't know, all I know is I've been very patient, giving Justin chance after chance to see work from me, I guess he didn't want it. Oh well. I've done most of it myself after months of waiting to even get on the schedule. I'm done, won't be chasing after someone that doesn't want my money again."
