Despite that, we chose BIP after meeting with owners Michelle and Fred, who made such as great impression after describing themselves and the way they manage construction jobs, including how they communicate with the homeowner at each stage. Every construction job has its issues, and BIP were upfront and communicative through the whole process, and did not shy away from taking responsibility where applicable. We were very pleased with the level of consideration and respect afforded us throughout the process. We never felt like we were 'in the dark' about what was to happen next, as well as when it was going to happen.
