"I called around to get a couple quotes for a balcony on my home. He seemed knowledgeable for the most part in between him taking multiple calls at our meeting. After he left, he asked for a couple measurements which I provided immediately. Then I didn’t hear back. I texted a couple times over a week, called left 2 messages. After 2 weeks I still have not heard back. It’s nice to have so much work you feel you don’t have to be even courteous enough to even pass on a job. I think that is poor. That’s why the one star."
