James, the owner of the company, promptly came to assess the old bulkhead on the same day I called. He provided a timely and reasonable estimate for the project. Once we agreed on the terms, his crew arrived before the end of the week and diligently worked to complete the job within five days. The process involved removing the old metal unit, digging out the area, pouring concrete to create the new enclosure and steps, and installing a new bulkhead top. Throughout the project, the workers demonstrated utmost professionalism and respect for our property. James personally visited the site daily to monitor the progress and was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. Easily a 10k+ job to remove and replace with new paver walkway, but repaired for much less. Cracked/broken bricks replaced, concrete/grout lines all ground out and refilled, cleaned and sealed.
