"We found John just using Google to look for builders local to the area. He walked us through a house that was being built and after talking in depth about his plans for it we committed. From those early discussions it was clear to me John cared about making sure the house was high quality and doing the right thing for the customer. Since we signed on during an early building phase, we were able to customize almost anything: tiles, flooring, cabinets, countertop/backsplash, plumbing/light fixtures, utility locations, trim/wall paint, garage doors, landscaping… John could tell we wanted to be hands on and actively brought things to our attention that he thought we might have an opinion on. He was very patient and helped us through these decisions, giving us advice and trying to identify things we would like. Throughout the building process John was very attentive, easily reachable, detail-oriented and always available to answer any questions. He followed up when he said he would, kept track of any changes we discussed, always took the time to explain what was going on or how things worked. This reassured us we were in good hands. John kept us updated on the status of the build, allowing us to drop by anytime to see progress as well as ask any questions of him or his team. All his sub-contractors were as friendly and easy to work with as he was. The house was delivered on time and we’ve had no issues with the house since moving in a month ago. Any questions we’ve had about how things worked John has answered. Buying a house can be a stressful and difficult time and we are really grateful we chose to work with John. We highly recommend him."
