"Leo and his team did a great job. Had them come in to do all ceilings and trim paint. Preparation is key with painting and they did an excellent job. I spoke with Leo most evenings on updates and small things and he accommodated without any issues. They ended up finishing the drywall and mud in my bathroom and trimmed the whole thing off. Looks amazing. After seeing how fast they were going and his reasonable pricing I decided to have them remove old flooring and install a large vinyl floor in my kitchen and it came out fantastic. 6 HOURS to do it !!! Our first project, we hired Optima Home Improvement to remove our bulkhead and construct an entryway for our basement, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. This project took a few days, and they communicated through the entire process. Our second project was the shower in our basement. We asked him to fix and waterproof the walls so that later on we could tile. I don’t have a before picture but it looked terrible and absolutely not what shower walls should look like. He finished his project in one day and it looks phenomenal! Leo’s communication was exceptional, ensuring every detail was addressed.
