"Julio and Chris are an amazing team and so easy to work with! They are pleasant, friendly, and very kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work they did at all times, and we are very happy with what they did! We hired them to finish our basement after receiving several bids from many contractors, and we are so glad we chose them. Everything is beautiful, dry, and so comfortable! They helped us visualize the basement using 3D computer modeling. They framed, drywalled, painted, installed a drop ceiling with recessed lighting, full bath (double-sink, toilet, and tile surround tub), wet-bar, in-ground pump for waste water, Dricore subfloor, carpet, and engineered bamboo flooring. They even made a built-in mini two-story playhouse complete with color changing LED lights. Their paint job was especially impressive as they sanded and repainted multiple times on their own volition to make sure the walls were smooth and flawless. Their work is good quality and their price was more than competitive. We definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of construction project completed, and we will certainly call on them again for future projects that we have. Thanks again team Rocha!!"
