"I had 2 pretty big sink holes in my back yard. I got 2 other quotes, but the contractor's just suggested grading the land. Joe suggested looking for the problem. He dug around to see what was causing the sinking and determined that the developer buried a lot of rocks in the yard when they cleared the lot to build. Joe's pricing was reasonable for the job done. He is very professional and knowledgeable, a very nice guy. I would definitely use his service again."
