"We hired Affinity Builders to remodel 3 upstairs bathrooms. I was excited because I really liked Bill and his references were solid. Sadly, our experience did not match other work he had done. The tile work is terrible. Every time I get in my shower I am reminded of sloppy work. We have had to have a plumber out two times to fix something in our master sink - one problem is when they redid the floor, a nail had gone through the new plumbing and it was leaking into our garage. Now, another shower is leaking into our main floor. This project timeline was managed poorly. We spent 97K (at least) on this remodel and the quality is frustrating. This work was done in 2018."
