"I bought a house that Roger built in a metro west suburb of Boston. We relocated our family from St Louis and had to find a place to live quickly in a good school district. The house is sub par on many levels. Poor workmanship, cheap materials used for the exterior and interior, paint chipping, cabinets breaking, the irrigation system broke the first summer, we had flooding in the basement our second winter. The house SCREAMS spec house by a builder/flipper who was trying to make a dollar in a hot real estate market. Shame on him. Be careful buying a house from this guy"
