"I've been a Invisalign patient of this office for almost two years . This experience was supposed to be a great one considering I finally would be able to fix my smile however it's been the complete opposite. Every appointment is about 5 mins and consist of me picking up my new trays . I've seen dr Gwendolyn less than a handful of times in the two years I've been going . I was promised whitening along with other services upon my first consultation and is the reason I decided to move foward with this process however I have yet to receive anything other than my trays . I've expressed the way I felt to the dr herself and she tried to gas light me and make it seem like if somehow they're miscommunication and process being the way it is my fault. Even after being vocal of the issues I've had nothing has changed . Crazy thing is when I ask others of there Invisalign journey they state theirs was great and of course it's at a different Doctors office . It's honestly upsetting since I really had high hopes going into this . It's also very frustrating when its thousand of dollars your spending for this treatment. Hopefully this review can help someone or maybe help them change their ways ."
