"Rachel the manager here is amazing ! Very professional and kind ! I called in needed to transfer my record X-rays etc and the receptionist must of been having a bad day because she was so rude and hostile and continue to escalate the call, she hung up in my face after I requested her name and to speak with someone else. When I called back another receptionist was able to put Rachel on the phone with me and she handle everything so effortlessly. This was only proving to me how the receptionist was just purposely being rude and difficult for no good reason. Thank you for your help Rachel !"
