"While I have no complaints about my child's orthodontic care at Southeast Orthodontics, it has changed tremendously since my older child and I both had care there approximately 8 years ago and it was under management of Dr. Gamm. The main issue is very limited availability for appointments and extremely limited hours in Mansfield. If you can be very flexible with your time it is fine, but I highly advise that you ask about hours/days to see if it will work with your family's schedule. It is not working for us and rebooking a canceled appointment results in the next available timeslot 8 weeks out. We will be seeking an alternative with my third child."

"Both my brother and I had braces from Gamm Orthodontics. As I am getting mine off soon, I wanted to talk about my experience. I got braces later than most of my friends and was a little nervous about it. My brother's teeth looked amazing when his braces came off and I really wanted my teeth to look as good as his! The staff did a great job both with making me feel comfortable and not talking down to me like I was a little kid. Dr. Gamm and his awesome assistants always made sure that my parents and I understood every aspect of my treatment and that my comfort was a top priority, making sure that nothing was poking or explaining what to do if a problem should come up. "My children and I love Dr. Gamm! We always have positive experiences there. The office is clean with plenty of seating, and things to keep my kids busy while waiting our turn. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Gamm does an excellent job with the orthodontics. He is gentle but firm in having the kids follow through with their treatment, such as wearing elastics and retainers. And he is so funny! I had one experience when I was in the office that was so heartwarming. A woman came in with her daughter, who had severe special needs. Dr. Gamm treated her just the same as any other patient. He was kind, patient and warm and he made her experience very positive. I can't say enough about Dr. Gamm and his co-workers! They are fantastic!"
