"I have had horrible experiences with dentists. From the first conversation I had with Abby at the front desk, I knew I was in good hands! My first appt for my consultation for a root canal went amazing. (My apologies for not remembering the 2 ladies names) They listened to my concerns and gave me both options. They were not pushy at all! I went in for a tooth extraction today and Ashley and Dr.Lau were nothing short of amazing. Dr.Lau took the time to wipe my tears throughout the procedure, make sure I was not in ANY pain and would give me breaks. Ashley was so kind and comforting. Before the procedure started, Genessey had me laughing, distracting me with normal conversation from becoming too anxious. I can not thank the office enough, especially Ashley. I couldn’t have done it without her!"
