"Genuinely the least helpful people in the world. I'd rather my parking services be managed by Comcast."
"Useless. Waste of time. Just like every other goverment office in this city. Apathy abounds. NO ONE ever returns calls."
"$25 ticket for on street parking Suffolk st late afternoon on Saturday while the city had an event. They actually have employees working on Saturday now??? New to me"
"I called the parking department when I had a question about whether or not they are allowed to walk onto your property to give you a ticket. I was parked in my friend's driveway and got a ticket. I asked the lady, not even talking about the ticket, what the rules and regulations were for this occurrence. She immediately flipped a switch and become extremely hostile and condescending. She assured me, "they are just like police officers." Anyways, I appealed the ticket right away and never got a response. I had to pay the ticket today or else they would have charged me even more because of their "late penalties." I'm no expert, but I would think you should be fired for failing to fulfill the duties of your job. Not to mention the only place I see the parking department is around UML campus, which you can interpret that however you want. 1 star is too generous in my opinion."
"If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would give 5 zero stars. The lady that works with the resident permit passes was sooooo rude and condescending. The information on the website in regards to obtaining a parking permit are incorrect according to them. "It's just how it is" is what she told me. I brought all the necessary documents to her in person and she kept saying that their policy was different from the website. WHY? Why is your own website different from the policy? PS. If you're not a student, to obtain a parking permit, you need to change your registration garaging address AND mailing address AND residential address."
