"Two hot meals for $15. The hot foods counter is great. I got a steak and cheese sub with onions and mushrooms and potato wedges; delicious and ample! She got chicken tenders and sweet potato wedges. Great value, and there's a whole grocery store if you need something. I hope its newness continues to impress."

"I had an issue with my order from the kitchen (fried chicken) which I was supposed to pick up by 8am on 12/17 for an event we had. I arrived by 9am and was told that the chicken had not been prepared yet. I was so unhappy to hear this because the rep I spoke with over the phone the day before assured me that my order would be ready by the pickup time and it wasn’t. The kitchen manager, Jenn, was awesome! She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of even though my order was started late. Jenn handled the matter with professionalism, and did everything she could, beyond just apologizing, to make sure she could make my experience satisfactory. She added an extra batch of fried chicken to my order, free of charge, which was so great because at the event, everyone loved the chicken so much that they kept going back for 2nds and 3rds. And she even helped me handle another issue I was taking care of while waiting on the chicken to fry. Thank you so much, Jenn. Please continue taking care of customers the way you do! You are amazing!!!"

"Was so excited for a new market basket so close by and on our side of the bridge. They NEVER have dove mini ice cream bars anymore for like a year now… they constantly don’t have what we want in stock for a bunch of things including market basket brand things so we end up having to go to other market baskets anyway or a different store altogether."

"I stopped by on my way home to pick up a family-sized Steak Bomb Calzone for supper. It turned out to be Buffalo Chicken instead. We ate it anyway and while the calzone was good, it wasn't what I thought I was purchasing . This isn't the first time I've seen food mislabeled. This is either laziness or complacency."
