"I live on the Lowell Dracut line and I will not go any other location. I've been to this location about 4 times in the last few months and no issues. The staff that work here are very nice and friendly and helpful! They really go above and beyond to help there costumers! They all deserve raises at this location!"
"This post office is the best. People here are very professional and polite. I’ve being to usps that staff are really rude and can’t care less. This one exceeded my expectations. A big thanks to Christina that goes out of her way to help her customers. Thank you so much guys. Keep up the good work :)"
"Worst phone experience of my life. Nothing on the call tree offered help for my problem Plus I couldn’t talk to a live person. There’s no option on the call tree to talk to a live person when you have an issue about a delivery that someone just dead and damaged all of your product. They seriously need to fix the call tree. The mail delivery person tossed my cardboard shipping boxes on a wet stoop, not wrapped in plastic and I did not know and now all of my boxes that I ordered are waterlogged."
"My mail lady is unethical, lazy, and on some kinda power trip. She has just stopped delivering my mail twice now because she thinks I should empty my box everyday. She lied and said it was a month from my last pick up. I just picked everything up last wed. I pick up at least once a week. The problem is that she is cramping oversized packages in a post office box in a mailhouse. I have called on her three times and supervisors never get back to me. She personally told me the last time I asked her nicely to deliver over sized packages, “ she doesn’t have time to deliver everyone’s package to the door, yet I see her delivering to everyone else but me. I am not stopping I will go all the way up if I have to"
"I recently bought a beautiful home in Dracut and this post office is very close by. On 1/9/23 I had had a pretty harried day, thanks to life’s demands and nothing seemed to be working out as I had planned. I needed to mail a very important document so I went to this post office in the evening only to be met by a white grumpy woman with a prima donna attitude at the counter. She started whining about how she had a life and that I needed to hurry up and finish whatever I needed to do because she had a man waiting at home. I was in disbelief at her brazen rudeness and left angrily and went to the post office in Lowell on Father Morissette blvd where I received great and courteous service. When I went online, I noticed that this Dracut post office has mostly negative reviews which is not surprising. It’s not serving anybody and the rude arrogant staff like that woman are an embarrassment to the entire postal corporation. In fact, I need to report her behavior to the post master general because I did not deserve such disrespect. This Dracut post office needs to shut down. It’s an ugly stain on an otherwise great neighborhood. That female postal worker needs lengthy training on diversity or to be fired altogether if she believes black people are beneath her station in life."
