"Be careful with one of the particular caseworkers they will mark your documents irrelevant and leave you on unemployment for 2 years and disregard every document you send! Write unsavory things about you in your file ,when they've never met you a day in their life! Most of the case workers I met and any of the time that I was in need were kind, compassionate and understanding and as long as you were legit in doing what they asked, everything was good! I don't know what happened from that decade that I did not receive benefits to where I needed some assistance again, but this caseworker has it out for a complete stranger! Normally I would say okay. Maybe I'm not doing something right but I know I am! This caseworker does not belong working with the public or determining their eligibility! I will find my caseworker's name and I will make sure that they are reprimanded! I can't wait till the day comes when I never need this again!"
"Kimberly adam cooke is the worst employer of dta. Not only does she not pick up the phone but she also tries to cancel your benefits without explanation and acting like nothing happened. I’m so shocked she is still in that position because Every year i have a bad encounter with her. She is the worst!!!"
