"Another discrimination case. Not the only review here so there is a problem They don't understand that some people need more help than others if there is a language barrier. There work here is horrible and the manager needs to be fired. Everyone needs to be treated with respect. I had a lady that I know who was trying to register a leased car and it was just a transfer plates. Horrible communication. They were telling her to step aside and just brushing her off. Knowing there are laws of registration that need to be followed and they give you so many days. The lady spent two hours there and hours away from her job"
"Lane 3 was extremely rude to me and called me a liar while the supervisor in lane 4 was listening and allowed her to speak to me in this manner denied my registration over a simple line on a number that was slightly smugged due to ink not drying. I requested a manager and they pointed me out to a supervisor in lane 8. She did not help all this happened today and I am now homeless with out a car that I used my last of my savings to insure. Now I have a job interview that I can not go to tomorrow due to they’re rudness and laziness to do there job correctly."
"I understand this is a painful process. However, the staff are treated horribly. I and trust me I know "if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen" but Monday I was at the window to get my ticket (the man helping me very polite) Next to me an older woman behind the counter was telling the customer what additional docs he needed to complete his transaction. He said "yea, ok don't be a smart a** gimme my papers" The hair on my arms stood up. The woman very calmly handed him back his docs and said "I will not be spoken to like that, I was trying to help you" she handed him back his papers and refused service. Remember poor planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on someone else's part. The best time to go is Tuesday 8-9 am. Otherwise go at 4:30 pm. They close at 6. Have what you need, bring your, phone a book etc and plan to wait. I transferred my car from NH to MA on Monday I got there at about 4:00 pm. The ppl at the door tell you, it's about a two hour wait and tell you the best times to come back. Opted to stay and by 5:25 I was done. There is no excuse for ANYONE to treat anyone badly. The staff and the customers. If you are treated in an abusive manner, stop what you are doing, stay calm and calm for a supervisor ASAP. Don't over react, it isn't worth it. Just prepare yourself, get what YOU need done and go ✌️"
"Awful awful experience and the worst staff! Woman at counter 6 was extremely rude, incompetent and verbally abusive. She called me 'a b@&$h' to my face and completely abused her power. This woman needs to be fired and taken to task. She had no idea how to understand my case and was verbally abusive on more than one occasion. I do not recommend this RMV location to any person of colour. My rating would be a 0. Deeply unsettling experience!"
"I've been here three times, and each time they were friendly, efficient and professional! The biggest issue others had was coming too early before their appointments or not bringing what they needed. Each time they made sure I understood what I needed to complete my transactions. Great service and outstanding people"
