"I driving a 55 MPH on left lane and I get a ticket for $105 & points on ma license & the magistrate clerk find me guilty. The uniform Portell Daniel T #3342 get mad because I didn't move. The Clerk Magistrate said the left line is for passing only . B.S LIARS"
"A Great Temple Of Justice with friendly and helpful staff."
"First time going there and honestly disappointed. The way they talk down to you with the mindset of everyone is guilty is disheartening. What I witnessed today is total bias and lack of customer service. You can tell that this is just a paycheck for them."
"May you never get Judge Theresa A. Bisenius; extremely biased and emotional judge if you're colored. Couldn't get a word in because of her power trip. She kept raising her voice to say she was 'tired' and didn't ask a single relevant question. She knows her way around words (I was able to sit through a separate hearing). I think it would be in the best interest of Lowell to appoint a more compassionate judge for all races, especially with Lowell having a known Cambodian populous. Don't go here (if you can help it) if you're a minority. There's definitely preferential treatment to white people. Try to get your case seen with anyone else. I'm not the only person that thinks there's a lot of racism/corruption here. Check out all of the reviews."
"Check in for jury duty was easy. People at the front desk were very nice. Be aware there is no easy parking on site. One option is the Edward Early Jr. Parking Facility down the street. Pay by the hour and walk a tenth mile or so. Allow extra time!"
