"This facility gathered trash in a unit, including a full used portable toilet, disguised it to appear like a regular unit and sold it to me at auction so that I would pay them to be contractually obligated to clean their unit. They then charged me an additional 100$. This is disgusting and exploitative and the management of this facility should be ashamed and deal with their own damn trash, not fool people like me into paying them for the privilege."

"It's a good place. It was reasonable when I needed it. It is on the old side. Not enough carts to move your stuff in. Also huge downside... NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!!!!! IF I new that when I signed up online I would NOT have rented. Staff is kind & helpful. Hours are OK. Better than most places."

"Dawn at RightSpace was wonderful. We rented the unit a few weeks ahead of our move. At the last minute, we realized that we needed more space. A call to Dawn and we were all set. The second unit was waiting for us when we arrived on Sunday. My only issue is that I wish that there was a bathroom available off-hours. But all went well. Very pleased."
