"Today I went in to make my coffee, I must say that the new morning crew had everything so clean, all coffee stations filled. The woman cashier is so sweet. By far my favorite cumbys in the New Bedford area"

"I used to avoid this Cumberland farms, but recently I stopped in and it really had changed. It went from dirty and unpleasant to spotlessly clean and the staff was even friendlier. I don't know what changed but it has made a complete turn around."

"Some of the workers no matter what time you walk into that place are either rude or on their phones hiding in the office while one hard working employee is trying to clear long lines as far as out the door"

"Always something out of order or out of stock. Coffee lids are overstuffed so you can't even get them out and half of them are getting broken and wasted from being stuffed in. A few of the cashiers are beyond rude for no reason. Tried to give this location chance after Chance but I'd rather go out of my way to the Kempton st or Rt 6/Slocum locations where everyone has great customer service and actually does their job."
