"I have been taking my car to this place for a long time and pay a monthly fee, but lately I am thinking about going to another car wash.Because in the last few months that I have gone to wash my car, they have used less soap, it seems that they only wash it with water. I hope someone sees this message and pays attention to this because without losing more than one customer,I'm going to treat it for a couple more weeks and if the situation continues like this I'll go somewhere else."

"UPDATE: The staff at Big Blue came through for me and I am now satisfied with the outcome. I go and get my car washed once a week now!!! Bought the Cowabunga deal. It didn't clean my car well at all. I tried to get in touch with them, but the phone number doesn't work. I emailed them and never heard back. Since I bought the deal for a month, I might as well use it though."

"Paid $500 for a full detail and tint ... was supposed to happen last week we rescheduled due to the weather ... the following week I drop of the car Wednesday night and don't get it back til Saturday at 2pm !!! Picked up the car with a check engine light on cause they had to drive it to providence to tint it and they didn't even vacuum ! Would not go back over priced and didn't follow thru for what I paid ."
