Mr. Peeper's Ice Cream.

"I actually love Mr.Peepers. I always have since I was a goofy little kid, and thought it was called Mr. Peppers. They have a unique, extra creamy, soft serve with the flavor stripes on the outside. It's wonderfully fresh tasting, and it's not overly sweetened, so the flavors really get to shine. Coffee lovers rejoice the coffee and cream flavor is absolutely delicious. It's located in a kinda tough spot on the corner of a major intersection. And the inside is very tiny and cramped. But you're not there to hang around inside. They have a nice little area alongside the building with tables and chairs and a reasonable parking lot behind the building."

"Ordered a Mocha Shake and I got milk with a hint of flavor. I paid $6 for a cup of milk basically. The place has staff that are not the best and it is so clustered in there. Will not go back"

Instead of owning up to their poor quality, they show their true selves by not responding to my msg and blocking me instead. I am always advocating for local businesses, but I cannot and will not support this one."

"The ice cream cakes are good. The service and communication are terrible. My family has been getting birthday cakes here for a few years and there is always an issue. In early 2020, we showed up to pick up our cake to see the image was really messed up and were asked to pay full price. We were told their machine was having an issue, we were not told that none of their colors were working. We left, and they ended up chasing us out the door saying we could have it for free. I didn't want to leave a review then because we ended up taking the cake... but we almost ended up with no cake, because why should we pay full price for a mistake? (See attached photos of what we got vs what we ordered). I didn't go back in 2021 but foolishly decided to try again in 2022. We called in advance to try and order a coffee supreme cake for March 9th. No personalization or image, just a basic cake. Told machine is broken but to call back on Monday the 7th. Called back on Monday, left a message, no one got back to us. We went in person Tuesday the 8th. They had cakes there, but said none were for sale and they were already spoken for. We asked to order a cake for tomorrow and they told us "no, because you have to order them in advance." We explained that we tried, but they told us to call back and then didn't get back to us... They said their phone lines are weird and they don't usually get their messages. Yet again we are in a position of no cake. Thanks, Mr.Peepers."
