"Went in at 11:25am .waited and waited at the front counter a long time with 5 other people. In line not even a smile when I placed my order.The employees looked at us but not say a word. Any way the food prep area is filthy looks like you had no closing crew on last night floors dirty greese old fries on the ground under equipment. Dirty equipment really sad. to see all employees are in street clothes ? do you not have uniforms any more.This place has gone down hill badly. What happen to the Clean well ran McDonald's I worked at and was part of the management team. For several years. Sad to see. I won't be back you lost a long time supporter of Swansea McDonald's."

"I’d like to just give them a zero altogether! I can’t even imagine that McDonald’s is OK with having so many ignorant employees all in one location . I understand as somebody who has worked in customer service for over 15 years. Customers are horrible people sometimes but if a customer is not being rude at all, and the employees are literally being blatantly disrespectful does a serious problem with management, the managers of the store, or a complete joke as well. The food is disgusting. It’s always cold. They leave stuff out every time you get from a DoorDash. then they argue with you that the DoorDash was fine when in fact, it was not. Just not even gonna waste my time anymore. I will order from another place they don’t deserve our money."

"Terrible service, always takes hours just for a 6pc nugget, little girl with orange hair has worst attitude! Sat at window they told me to stay at waited for 20 mins then had behind me honking so I move go inside and the food is just sitting on the counter!!!!! Bunch of lazy ignorant young workers do not go her I’ll drive to Seekonk from now on!!!! Terrible!!!!"

"This location has gone way downhill. When you go up to the counter, the employees will look at you but say nothing. The counter is about 10 steps from where they make the food. No one will come over. They aren't short staffed. There's always 6 plus people behind the counter. It's just no one will.comw over. I'm usually forced to use their kiosk or the app. Unfortunately, the modifications I want aren't on either of those 2. Like with the breakfast platter, I want bacon instead of sausage, and I want an English muffin instead of the biscuit. So I have to stand and wait and wait. We only go to this location if we have about 30 mins to get fast food. It is a very bad location."
