"I went to the top rated google result for auto shop in Salem and they couldn’t fit me in and wouldn’t even look at my car or sell me antifreeze or give me any suggestions! So as I was driving through Salem on my way home to Michigan and I stopped at 3 other shops that sent me away, this place not only stopped what they were doing to check on my vehicle to see what the problem was but also made mine a priority of the day to get done because they knew I had a long journey ahead of me. It took about 4 hours but they set that realistic expectation beforehand. I am so appreciative I’m not stranded on my long journey home having to find a hotel for the night.
