"Mistreatment Report: at the private parking garage on the right to the Ritz Carlton Boston, I accidentally entered the garage so I used the telephone at the entrance and kindly asked how to get to the self parking lot, and I got yelled at the male who was speaking on the phone. He was yelling at me “READ THE SIGN!!!” out of nowhere. I felt completely threatened and I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment in my life. I was shocked about the customer service of VPNE Parking Solutions, and this is truly frustrating. I was there 2/22/24, around 4:30pm"

"On 12/2/23 $160 cash was stolen out of my car when I used them to park at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. I accidentally left an envelope with cash in plain view and all but $20 was missing. Why they left me $20 is a mystery to me. I accept some blame but still, an honest person would not have taken anything. Follow up- after reporting this to them they examined their cameras and even set up a little sting operation. Although the culprit was never caught, they did provide a $100 gift card to me for compensation."

"Encountered this company at the Starling Hotel in Atlanta. My gun came up missing after they parked my car. The fact that they told me they found no evidence that my gun was stolen was a huge problem. Or that no one admitted to taking it is ridiculous. A thief with integrity is what they were expecting I guess. I had to call the police and report it stolen since they have people working for the company with no integrity. I was told that if my gun wasn’t recovered I would get a check to get another one. Nope Mr. Karim told me to follow up with the police because it was no inventory done on my car to ensure the gun was there. The fact that they wanted me to trust this company with my car but had such an attitude at the fact that I am upset that my stuff is missing is trash. I am convinced that customer service and integrity is dead. It’s sad that the hotel was super expensive and my Mother’s Day get away…and I had to come back to my car with my glove compartment rummaged through and my gun missing. They provided no closure or customer service. I hope companies start finding valet services that will take care of the customer. I had to click at least one star but the company deserves -10 stars. Disgusted at the service!"

"I am leaving this job at the hospital. Where do I start, the only benefit is health insurance which no one under 60 cares about. The pay is like a slave. To many chiefs that do nothing. Sick time that you worked for and accrued they won’t pay you. You can only use 40hrs a year. 5 days. Everything else you lose. Do not waste your time making other scum bags rich. VPNE is a joke, The BBB will be getting a report from me for unpaid wages. Even if I lose at least I’ll win in giving you advice to stay away from these crooks."
