"I started parking my car here 2/1/2023 which was managed by LAZParking. I paid a $135 monthly fee on their website using my credit card. They were a great company to do business with and they were always willing to help me whenever I had a problem. The company who took over this garage in April 2023 is called IMPARK and it's managed by Ari Ojalvo. Since he took over, things have gotten really bad. The gates are always inoperable, the website has been a problem since their takeover. They have been trying to charge me for February and March that I paid to LAZParking. I find this interesting because they were not managing the garage during this period and those months were paid. Also, they overcharged my credit card $540 that I had to dispute with my credit card company because Ojalvo would not reverse the charges, claiming my credit card was denied. Then, he claimed he sent me a check for $405 which I never received and he still has it as a charge on my billing statement. The overcharge was $540, not $405. This guy claims to have all these business degrees but has difficulty compilating 3 digit math. Now, he is trying to charge me back interest for the month of August. Monthly parking fees are due on the 1st of the month which I paid on the first of the month. This guy has been trying to overcharge me since he started managing this garage, but he is not going to get away with it. I have a warning for those who have autopay - CHECK YOU INVOICES AND YOUR RECEIPTS ASAP!!!"
