"I stopped by on a Tuesday to arrange a "surprise"detail for my wife's car who was traveling and coming back that Saturday. We agreed on a price and agreed the job will be done Friday, I dropped of the car Thursday afternoon. Having not received a phone call during all day Friday, I started calling at 4pm at no avail. When I checked their website for their hours, I realized they will close at 5pm, so I rushed to go pick up the car, when I arrive, the shop was closed and the car had not even been touched. Luckily an employee that had not leave yet was able to hand me the keys, I don't have an extra set of keys, so the car would've stayed the whole weekend if it wasn't for this employee. Anyway, lack of professionalism, bad contact information and bad customer service, and I am not even able to tell about their detailing quality. Not recommended."

"I made an appointment a week in advance to have my car detailed at 9 am on a Saturday and was told they'd need my car for a couple of hours. When I dropped it off the next week at 9, they said they'd call me between 12:30-1:00. At 1:00, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told their detailer had just gotten in and would get right to it; I let them know I needed my car back that afternoon. By 4:30, I still hadn't heard back, so I walked there and saw that they hadn't touched it. Not only did no one call me to say they couldn't get to my car as promised, but they offered no apology and no discount on a future service. I'll never go there again."
