Daily Parking Rates Update

Effective February 1, 2021, we have updated our daily parking rates at both the First Street and Green Street Garages. While night, weekend, and monthly parking rates remain unchanged, daily rates have been adjusted by $2.00 to $4.00 to align with other local facilities, ensuring affordability and accessibility for all users.

Resident Parking Program

Cambridge residents benefit from a special parking program at the First Street Garage. With a Resident Parking Permit, enjoy reduced monthly fees of $100.00 from May through November and $50.00 from December through April. A one-time fee of $10.00 is required for the electronic access card, which provides seamless entry and exit.
