"Trying to get an invoice for parking reimbursement is like pulling teeth. The lady at the parking office can't do anything for you & will tell you to just "Email the manager", when the email given is just a general AP email. I've emailed, requesting invoices, 3 different times & left voicemails, with zero response. I call back again, requesting another manager's contact information & the same lady at the desk was incredibly rude & raised her voice to speak over me, to only tell me over and over, "No, email the manager" and hung up on me. Useless service."
"Typical parking garage in the area with tight turns and spaces. The problem is that the workers here do not care about any issues. I had a validated parking ticket from a nearby business, but the parking garage's machine did not give me the discounted price. The business had just closed so I couldn't try to resolve the problem with them. There was no Pilgrim Parking garage worker at the gate, but I found someone in the break room. I explained my issue politely and he couldn't care less, simply saying it wasn't his problem. Since a car can't leave without paying, I was forced to pay full price for parking. The parking garage should have been able to do something about it though since they control their gates and know which businesses can validate their parking tickets. The business I went to was able to give me free parking validation the next time I returned, which made up for some, but not all of the cost, and it was no thanks to this garage."
