"Today (7-13-24), I went to Sparkling Image Car Wash in Reading. I grabbed a card that would give me an opportunity to give a rating. So, I think it’s important to give ratings like this, not only so people can gauge what the business is like, but the employees and the business can get the credit they deserve. I’ve been going to Sparkling Image for years, and use the monthly membership. I probably wash my vehicles 17 times a month, and the place doesn’t skip a beat. I could go on here, but straight to the point of it all is to give praise to the hardworking staff. They are a very hard working team, and they’ve been nothing but nice to me. So love to the staff, and more specifically my man Caesar that is pretty much always there to greet me in the morning before I head to work or midday Saturday. Praise to sparkling Image. Cheers"

"Horrible service. I went there around 5pm they were not busy at all. They took out my carpets and didn’t vacuum underneath where they were. My cup holders were still disgusting. Windows had streak marks on them. The guy told me to get back in line and they can re do but honestly it was just terrible service"
