"My first experience at Avery. Before we even had an appointment scheduled, Ted gave me several containers of steering fluid to keep the reservoir topped up. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had to wait a couple of weeks due to how busy they are. They called me when the part was in, they called me the night before to confirm the appointment and everything was done on schedule and budget. Great experience, I’ll be back rather than always going to the dealer"
"I have used Ted as a technician for over 15 years. The only mechanic I trust with my vehicles. I don't even go to the dealership unless I ultimately had to. Quality and trustworthy repair and maintenance. They regularly service my wife and my own vehicles and I have never had a problem. Recently have done my rear brakes on my Explorer sport and they are better than stock ever was. Changed out my battery terminal and more. My cars are treated my baby, so I figure if I take care of them well they will take care of me. Thank you to Avery Auto for doing a great job."
