"I want to send a tremendous thank you to Steve the service manager and his assistant Liz..I called today with an issue for my outlander as another dealership who sold me the car didn’t have any time for at least 3 weeks..I called New Bedford Mitsubishi and Liz told me if you can bring it right down..Even tho this place is a small dealership they delivered the 10 star treatment..This shop has to be the best kept secret on route 195..I can’t say enough good things about the service dept..They have even offered to help on a hood issue where the place I bought it from turned their back on me..Steve and Liz. are top notch.honest and extremely knowledgeable people..I’m truly grateful for their help…THANK YOU..From Jesse Rezendes date of visit Aug 12 th"

"Today I went down for a test drive on a 2016 Toyota RAV4. I showed up half an hour early which wasn’t a problem and was promptly greeted by Mark. He showed me the car I wanted and let me take it for a test drive. He was attentive and kind and when it came down to the paperwork and financing he made sure I was informed the entire time. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit but the employees checked every available resource so that I could get the car I wanted. I was treated with respect and kindness the whole time I was there which was a breath of fresh air compared to my experience at the Toyota dealership this weekend. I am so incredibly pleased with the service I was provided today and will go back in the future for my next car. Everyone was so understanding and nonjudgmental, I didn’t feel as though I was being discriminated against due to my credit score. I left very happy and cannot recommend this dealership more.
